What is a hidden card? They show up as a red card at the end of my collection.

At a guess you've got a filter set that is causing the card(s) not to be displayed.
In the attached capture I have set a filter for cards that haven't been downloaded. All the other cards show as hidden.
You need to ensure all the boxes in the filter have a tick in them to display all the cards.
