Can anyone please explain to me, why the db cards are of inferior quality compared to vg? Clearly, the 3k cards are not 3k, they are 1080p at most. Sorry, can't name cards at the moment, I'm on my phone. Also, the sound quality on almost all of them is *****, I don't know if this is necessary to keep the size down or something, but in most cases it sounds like you're using a 5 dollar mic. Even my headset mic has higher quality recording.
An official response would be appreciated, because if these issues are not rectified in the near future, I don't think it is worth it to purchase db cards.

My deskbabe card "Hennesy Solo" got downgraded to 720p today.
I bought this card as a "3K" resolution card. I only run cards in this resolution since they came out. I don't want the low res versions anymore.
So, I would have never bought a 720p version of this card. So, I hope I will get a refund for this. Please, delete this card from my library!

Go to the site "Help" and then on customer service.
Place where the request for a refund.
It is helpful if the CardID F0022 is specified.If you want to return the card, then ask there to see if it is possible.
