Do you have the desired collection check marked?
This needs to happen.
Also, make sure the correct resolution is check marked for both selected resolution and available resolution.
Also, make sure the correct status is checked.

What cards do you have in the playlist?
Do you have any?
Maybe it is an empty playlist because all cards were inactive when you saved it?
Whatever collection you are trying to access, make sure there is a check mark for that collection.
As well as the resolution.
