Hi Thank you for the new VIP card but, I put it in my collection but it won't download. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums pipbob... nice pussy!;)
If the card is in your collection, in the GUI try clicking 'filters' and 'show not downloaded...' if the card is still not showing try clicking 'settings', 'advanced' and 'sync with server'...
If it's still not showing up you could try right clicking 'sync with server' and 'rebuild all' but WARNING; it will take a while to rebuild your collection...
If it still doesn't show up you'll need to contact 'help' 'customer service'... hope it works out, you'll love Melody Powers!
