Hi, I am new to the VirtuaGirl, so I have many noob questions....:

1)How can I play the entirety of a card? It seems that sometimes it skips to the next model for some reason. (I am looking into that free addon in a forum thread)

2)Is there a way to choose the scene I would like to watch? Or maybe make a playlist of the scenes?

3)Can I switch music during a show or must i restart?

4) Are there shortcut keys to switch models, switch clothes other than the right & left buttons?

5) Can we expect models to make new cards regularly? (In particular I am interested in Anna TatuXD)

I would be really grateful if any of these questions can be answered thanks!

6) What does the VIP label mean on the card? (I still purchased that card but I do not see anything special about it)

7) Is there a way to turn off the demo? Sometimes the demo starts playing after a strip-tease.

1): I meant that I want to play the half hour as stated in the duration of the cards, but it appears to skip after some clips before the half hour is up.

1) Each card is separated into clips. These are shown as files on your computer. The program will randomly pick one clip of one card and play it, then pick another clip and play it. What cards play and what clips play depends on the dekstop settings. There is no way to use the program to play all clips of one card in sequential order.

2) Playlists can be created. Go to the 'My Collection'. Click on 'more'. Click 'all on / off' twice to make sure that all cards are disabled. Then, choose your cards and activate each one. Then, click on 'more'. Then, click on 'save playlist'.

4) If you go to 'advanced settings'. In the 'Software Options', there are 'left mouse click on model' and 'right mouse click on 'model'. Click one of these and choose 'menu' from the drop-down menu.

5) Most girls make six cards.

6) VIP refers to 'Very Important Person'. Once every four weeks a new card is chosen to be a VIP card. I have no idea the reasoning for the choice. VIP members can buy these cards for zero credits. Platinum members can buy these cards for one credit. One becomes a Platinum member with 100 cards in the collection. One becomes a VIP member with 300 cards in the collection. The collection refers to VirtuaGirl, VirtuaGirl Classic, DeskBabes, and VirtuaGuyHD.

7) Go to 'advanced settings'. In the 'Downloads', choose to automatically download (or not) the demo cards. In the 'Software Options', choose to automatically play (or not) the demo cards.

1. The cards do not play sequentially. By design the program defaults to play the cards in a random order across all the collection. You can set the level of erotica to either get more explicit with each girl until it reaches explicit and then recycles or to be a random level.
What the time means is that there is say 35 minutes of card animations to play, nt that they will play one after the other.
2. You can choose the background scene from the desktop settings in the program options.
3. Sorry do not know if the music will update during the current show or if the change will only be applied from the next show. Maybe someone else who uses the musioc can comment.
4. There is an additional toolbar option available when you reach platinum level which is 100 cards. Other than that, no.
5. Only some models are invited back for a second or third session. It all depends on how popular the model was with the VG audience.
6. The VIP card is given to VIP members for free. VIP members are those with 300 cards or more and are in addition to the normal weekly releases. Normal members can buy the cards when released.
7. You can manual deselect the demo clips for the cards you do not want to watch. You can even delete these clips if you want too, but you would need to ensure that the selected clio matches the clip no in the card display.

Is there a way I can search by rating? Or is there like a top rated/most popular list available? There are so many models, and every time I browse through the pages, I have no way to save at say page 20, I always have to search through them all again.

Go to 'VirtuaGirl Store' or DeskBabes Store'.
Click on 'more filters'.

Here, you can choose to sort the list of cards by popularity.
There are no numbers showing on the page representing the relative popularity of each girl compared to all other girls.

It is also possible to list all cards at once, so that there is a single page no matter how many cards are shown.

Hi, I've found the best way to watch a card in it's entirety is by turning off the program, disabling all the models and then choose the one that you want, click on it, this will start the program, but only show the one card.
Also in desktop settings, you can choose the levels that you want. However, I've had no success with playlists.
Although I reckon that this will prompt a whole load of reaction, as other people seem to have be able to do this in one way or another.
I also understand that once you've bought a shed load of cards and attained a certain star rating, you get a fourth button on the program that enables control.
Why this should be the case, don't asked, it upsets the status quo.
Then you get your ear bitten off.

Cartref said that I can choose a background via the desktop tab in the options, but I do not see the option. What I want is to play the screensaver backgrounds, but if the pc just activates the screensaver mode, a move with the mouse will stop the scene. How do you guys usually enjoy these cards? (THis is my real question lol)

EDIT: I guess i need to get 100 cards lol....i am waiting on some of the stars returning for a second season. I think i bought all the ones I like so far

But I figured the playlist out. You need to turn off those cards and then select the ones you want pressing and holding control to add each one. Then you just need to press that green check mark at the bottom to activate those, then save the playlist under 'more'. I believe if you play via the 1 striptease button, the card will change after a few clips.

On the Options tab for Screensaver settings, you select the Background Pics option by clicking the check box and there is a button Browse pictures.

Clicking on the Browse Pictures button opens a screen through which you can upload pics to the VGHD program.

The screen saver will then use these pics as the backdrop for the screen saver, when the Background Pics option is being used.

If you only want to have the pics that you select as the background, disable the other background options.

Okay thanks. Right now I am still learning how to use Starryk's and Wyldanimal's add-on.

Do most people go for the subscriptions? Right now, it seems the 50 dollars for 50 credits is the best option....at least for me. That means only 2 dollars for a single card :O, pretty cheap. I tend to only buy all the cards from the girls I like, but it does seem that the subscription option can allow me to reach platinum easier.

Subscriptions are cheaper than credits, but you get random shows. If you're really selective I suggest you to stay with the tickets. If you feel venturous try a subscription. You might be surprised; the pics, vids and demos not always tell the whole story about a girl or a show. ;)

Just Thought that I'd better say that I haven't use the Wyldanimal program.
So I shouldn't have said programs, plural, I tried it today, it looks really good. But unfortunately, again I couldn't get it to work.
All I get is a bunch of error messages. Then the program closes, I think it's probably me. Even if I do exactly as instructed, I get the selected model, but I can't change the model, can't play the clips, or things just don't work or the error messages come up and the program closes.
This could be because I can't find the player dedicated to VGHD the only download link I can find is,Full installer

Shame, because it looks good.
This isn't a support thread, and Wyldanimal has requested that all support issues are sent directly to him, which I've done a few minutes ago, be great if it can be sorted.

@thesums re his question about whether most of us "go for the subscriptions." I certainly do. If you believe that most of the VGHD girls are gorgeous and you're eventually going to want to own all of them, subscriptions are by far the best deal. If you're in a hurry, try subscribing for four cards per day at $34.95 per month -- 29 cents per card. That's a lot better than buying specific cards for one or two credits each -- credits cost at least $1 each. The only disadvantage with subscriptions is you have no control over which cards you are going to receive. That's why it works best if you want them all and don't particularly care in what order they arrive. Subscriptions also spread the joy -- something new and (usually) wonderful arrives every day.

Then there are the Demos: random cards you don't already own offered to you for only one credit each if you buy them through the software. Whether you buy the demos or just window shop, there is a continuing parade of new cards offered all the time. Why buy your favorite card for two credits if there's a chance you can get it soon enough for one credit when it becomes one of your demos?

Another deal almost as good as subscriptions or demos would be the Booster Packs. Like the Demos, Booster Packs are customized for each customer, offering only girls YOU don't already own. The advantage here is that you can see exactly which 10 cards you are going to get for roughly $1 per card. The girls offered are changed from time to time, so if you don't like today's pack, try again in a few days.

If you like DeskBabes, those cards are also available by subscription: $14.95 per month, or just under 50 cents per card. Can't beat it.

If you got the maximum subscriptions to both VGHD (4 cards per day) and DeskBabes (1 card per day), your 5 new cards per day would elevate you from Platinum (100 cards owned) to VIP (300 cards) in a mere 40 delightful days.

The Wyldanimal program is now working, petty much, I think the problem was that I was using the Beta version of VG.
The only problem I've got is that the only way to activate the individual clips is by activating the program and turning the vg program on and off.
Choosing type of dance, doesn't seem to to anything, and clicking on Cards a, b, c, d,bring up a Run time Error and the program crashes.
But other than that, it's pretty cool.
