There is no link to contact someone to get a card removed. Checked the Help section so many times and it does not exactly show the site you need to go to remove. Please update your web site better showing a link to email Customer Service. Thanks

If you No Longer wish to have a Card Play. ( once you buy a card it is yours )

this used to work, haven't tested it with the new beta release.
You still need the Data and the Model folders for that card, but you CAN delete all the Show clip files.
In the models Folders.
Copy the following files from a card that IS Downloaded and Save it to the Card you Don't want to Download.
Remember to change the Name of the Files to Match the card name.
For VGHD
Axxxx.vhdtrailers
Axxxx.vhdshows
For Deskbabes
Cxxxx.vhdtrailers
Cxxxx.vhdshows
For Classics
Dxxxx.vhdtrailers
Dxxxx.vhdshows
Those Two Files tell VG that the Trailers are already downloaded, and that the Full Shows are Already Downloaded.
