call me stupid all you want... but i can not seem to get the girls in my collection onto my computer so i can watch them. all i have are the ones recently downloaded and i can't seem to figure out how to get all the other ones to redownload so i can watch them. not even the ones i payed for. so like i said, call me stupid all you want but i went through most of the beginners forum and did not see anything related. maybe i just am a dumb ass after all lol

Can't allow that!

I'm not too techy but a common resolution for that problem is:
Right click on your V in systray
click on "advanced settings"
Then click on the box next to "check for news"...
this usually rebuilds your collection.

Sometimes also, your Red V will go black and a "spinning clock" will appear in the box. Let this spin until it stops on it's own, it's rebuilding your collection.( this sometimes happens when restarting VG.)

There was a time when this glitch happened more often...not so much now but still happens sometimes.

If this doesn't help...post another request for help in the "bugs & fixes" section of the forum and someone with more tech ability will come along to help...may take awhile as it is now the weekend!
