Hello, i'm new here, i just bought 50 tickets but they do not appear in my credits into the my account option. Is there some delay after the transaction? (sorry for my english :D )

The 'my account' portal does not always update to reflect the changes. (It is often cached somewhere). Try login out and back in again.

Otherwise try reading the forums, or wait a while, or contact customer support.
