One card I purchased is currently a demo and still shows as a demo after purchasing. The other card I purchased was not in my demo collection and is still not in my collection at all...what do I try next?

ok, and when you made in the program (avanced) check for news ? nothing append ?

you can also see in the program (my collection) if the filter are active


you can tri restart your computer.

and there are also a possibility, in (avanced) clic right mouse on (check for new) you see the signe , use it.

how do check news?
