i go, i hope you find why that not work for you.

one possible raison can be because you have uninstall and install several time the program, in this condition wait several hour and restart the program. have luck.

you must use on administrator account.

if you use XP you must have SP2 (service pack 2)


made check for new one time.

i use windows 7 ?

is ok then with windows 7.

Uh, i have little problem. I bought card and now i dont see it on "My Collection" at all. None filters active and when i go to advanced settings it doesnt download anything. It says "connected". I have restarted my computer 2 times and nothing happened. Halp?

@sober: me and you both! @alerte: same problem, almost given up, i have set administrator on, tried differant servace packs and still its not downloading my cards into my collection. :o(

im winning, sorted the first problem. now i see my cards. dont know how i did it but was playing around with administrator settings, firewall settings and it came up. now i see them in my collection they are grey and in advanced settings in the top right of the screen instead of saying downloading, it says downloader not found?

Oh, i just left virtuagirl on as unactive and it loaded card itself. So my problem is solved!
