i'm missing two card's in my collection how do i find them

Do you see them in your account, in the website? If they are not there you gonna need to contact customer service. If they are there, close the program, then go to the vghd folder, there open data folder, erase models.lst file, open the program, use check for news and wait till all is done. With any luck the cards will be there. If grayed out, redownload them.
