I bought a show which has not fully downloaded and will not play. I don't seem to have the option of downloading it again. What do I do?

I downloaded card 549 yesterday but it does not show in my collection. I therefore cannot play it or delete it to reload. If I click on the card online it says I have already downloaded. What do I do?

follow this threads instructions and it should make it so you can finish the download,no need to delete what you have download already
