Me again! I've been using the VGHD program itself to get on the web site for several months now and have forgot my username/password. I'm going to be getting a new computer in a few weeks and will want to know these things once I start setting it up. Is there some way I can get it off my account? I looked in my profile but there's nothing there?

Check the help pages. There you can get your password. The username and "serial" is listed in the software under About.

@Sciguy. When you purchased tickets or subscribed you should have been sent a confirmation e-mail. This should have your log-on user ID and password.

I remember getting the username and password in an email, but when the inbox starts getting too full I do a MASS DELETE!!! So, there was no record in my email.
When I went to the help pages though, right there in the #1 position was the link to recover both. It only took a single click and there they were! Thanks for the help guys!
