Right click on your V symbol, click on "options" then, "settings", make sure all your "preferences" are all checked. (lower right side)If you only have "nudity" or "explicit" checked off you will not see your trailers because they are neither explicit nor have nude shots in them. I know, this happened to me and I thought I'd "broken something"! Happy dancers to ya'.
