is there any way to produce VR output in fullscreen ?
@Z22 had made a couple Side-by-Side scenes to Simulate 3D
I would think these work in a VR headset playing 3D content.
I have an LG 3D TV
that Has a Side by Side 3D mode
You Send it a Full 1080p Image ( Frame ) with Left/Right Eye in Side by Side
Then it Displays an interlaced 720p Screen with 1/2 the 1080p for the left eye, and 1/2 the 1080p screen for the right eye.
It does the same thing for a top to Bottom image.
Top half goes to the Left Eye interlaced with the bottom Half for the Right eye.
The Issue I had, was I couldn't get Persistence of a Frame
So Frame A of the Dancer was on the Left half of the Screen, and then Frame B on the Right Half
Followed by Frame C on the Left Half, and Frame D on the right Half.
Z22 discovered a way to do this using FrameBuffers and an Empty Texture
