Must be lowercase 'f' and Capital 'S'
When windows starts, it may be using a different shortcut
so you'll have to asses which shortcut is being used, and add the command line switch to that one.
I have a shortcut on my taskbar, but it is not the one used by windows at startup.

On the Start Menu , iStripper also has it's own Shortcut.
but it is Not the one used with windows startup.
