I have install the VGHD software and dowload the trailer. but when i press run or previen button, it dont show anything. just blank. can anyone help me? thank's..

Check your settings on the first tab right corner.
Allow no nudity shows must be checked.

And you got cards on your Collection tab? They are not greyed out but in colour? If yes it should work when you press 'Perform now'. If it still doesnt, then i ***** i can't help you.

hm good. Click on one of the cards. You should then find a button on the right side below the picture saying 'Download Trailer'. Press that button. Then check on the downloads tab if the download started.
Hopefully it will. When it is finished you will then be able to enjoy your first VGHD-Moments:-)

Well that doesn't fit.
Check one more thing then.
Below the picture there is a text like Free Trailer x days left
Below that What is written there? If it is 'Being Downloaded' then that means that the download for that card is already running. I already wondered about that, as normally the trailers are downloaded directly when you install VGHD the first time. Check your downloads tab to see if there is something in progress. Try to press 'Check for Updates' there.
