Why is sound so hard to get right?

I ***** when the sound goes out a minute or two into the show. It happens most of the time. Why is that so hard to get right? Is there anything I can do on the users end to make the sound last?

Have you set properly the volume of the sound by clicking on the icon at the bottom right of the GUI ?

Yes...not a volume problem. I hear the sound and then it goes out.

I see you are using version 1.2.549 of the app. Try the newest 1.2.550 to see if your issue will stop.

That might have done it. I've watched a half dozen shows and the sound worked on all. Fingers crossed. Thanks for your help.
