Do they come up under Collection?

Have you looked into the help center? And then customer service, and then make a new ticket

You can also try to synchronize with server

It might also be a problem with settings

As BedreVita posted, generally speaking, cards will show in the collection tab. if not, click on your your user name in the top right corner to find the synchronize with server tab and click on that once or twice, also in the settings tab click rebuild collection, maybe even restarting the istripper program could help. It has happened to me before.

If you bought a NFT show, that will appear in the trading cards tab, but as I have not bought one, I cannot offer any troubleshooting on that one, except maybe contact customer service.

In the settings tab, check if the option "Automatic download the full shows" is enabled. If not, you have to start the download of the shows manually.

Click on the card to see it's details.
On the card is an EYE icon.
Click on that EYE Icon to put the card in the Hidden Collection.

Now Click back on the My collection Tab.
This card is no Longer Seen in your Collection.
