Hello, is there any way to pick an exact moment from the show without having to spam clicks until that video part gets in?

Not the exact moment, but you can play individual, specific, clips rather than cards. To do this click on the clapper board icon in the top right corner of the card's details page which will display its clip list and fom there you can play whichever clip you want - or you can ***** one or more to the Now Playing/Next area of the side bar.
