Thank you all for your support! the air is very humid, it's the tropics here 🙂 the paper crinkles by itself, dehumidifiers run at full speed... yes we have electricity, the servers and computers are operational! The show of the day came out well. In short! Back to almost normal 🙂

As someone who has experienced major server and lost data issues albeit on a personal system, I can fully appreciate the heartache and efforts that the Totem Team are experiencing in trying to correct this position.

20 years ago, we had a 2nd floor wash machine Hose Burst in the middle of the night.
Woke up to 75mm of water in the 1st floor, and draining in to the basement.
the two flights of Stairs looked like a water fall.

The Insurance cut corners.
The Old circuit breakers would trip under the load of all of the Dehumidifiers.
They wouldn't bring in a generator to keep them running.
So it never properly dried out.

They wouldn't open the walls to remove the Wet blown in Insulation.

it took months for the humidity to eventually subside.


I lost the house in my divorce.
5 years after the divorce she tried to sue me for Mold remediation.
She didn't win.

The House has now been condemned for wood rot, and mold over growth.

Make sure you get the Insurance to take care of full mold remediation steps, Now while the claim is still open and everything is still moist and damp.
even if it means tearing open all of the walls.
Once the claim is closed, there is no going back to get extra coverage.

An apartment complex I lived in had a 2nd floor pipe burst that drained to 1st floor and they removed the lower third of the hallway wall sheet rock on the 2nd floor and the ceiling and full walls on the 1st floor and let it air/dry out for a few months before replacing with new insulation and walls.

😂😂😂 Très juste !! Pour être honnête, le taux d'humidité est encore tel que j'ai opté pour le télétravail ! et pourtant, il m'en faut beaucoup pour m'éloigner du bureau :)
