A while ago, I purchased the latex suit card from "Alissa foxy". Turns out that I had purchased it by accident and I don't even like the card actually. Is there a way i can exchange the card with someone? even for a lower price sell?
Someone guide me on this issue, I really wanna make every card i own count. So, no room for unused cards !!

Only the Dolz cards are (or will be) tradeable after a fashion. If you used a Joker by mistake they are sometimes willing to fix that for you.

Unfortunately, no exchange is possible between iS members! The only solution you have left is to request a possible exceptional refund from customer service or simply delete it from your collection 😟

Delete the card
Contact Customer Service, explain your situation in full, maybe they will refund the card & remove it from your collection........

I would suggest that if you have the one-click purchase option selected, turn that option off as once you click that option, the card is purchased. Check out possible cards that you may purchase in the future so this doesn't happen again.

Yeah, But delete does not actually delete the card forever from your collection right?

Deleting a card does not remove the card from your collection.

Remedy:

in your 'my collection', select one or more cards (do not open details). Click the eye icon at the top of the collection. This hides the cards so you no longer see them and they do not count as cards in the my collection.

to reverse this or unhide cards:
in your 'my collection', click the three horizontal lines next to the search box. Hover over 'view' and click on 'hidden cards'. Then, select card or cards and again click the eye icon. This unhides the cards. Unhidden cards will again show in your collection and will be counted.
