If in "I used to be on virtual girl years ago" you are refering to VirtuaGirlHD and/or Deskbabes then provided that you can remember your old login details then you can get them back yourself by logging in under that name - go to the app's settings page via the cog-wheel icon, enable "Advanced Settings", click on "Login with another account" and enter your old login name and password. If you can't remember the password you can ask for it to be reset via the website but, as I understand it, this entails the team sending a message to the e-mail account that you used when setting up the old account. Note, if you do recover your old account you can not transfer its cards to your new account, or vice versa - the team have always said this can not be done so perhaps you should hold off on buying new cards until you know for sure if you can regain access to your old account.

If, however, by "VirtuaGirl" you are refering to something older than VirtuaGirlHD such as the original VirtuaGirl or VirtuaGirl2, then these are incompatible with iStripper and nothing can be done.
