Definitely a case of fool me once (last scratch game) and fool me twice (this game) being enough. Why is it so hard to let customers have access to the content they want without gouging them? Bleh

On gambling games I like to spend around hundred credits (if I win good, if I don't that's fine) but the slot machine (not just this one) always seems to be very laggy I don't know what causes this but makes the interaction unbearable. I would appreciate it if you guys can optimize these slot machines.

And I see that we cannot even get a preview of the SEC.

I ask for it, too: please give us previews of SECs back.
What's the reason they are produced but not made visible to anyone apart card's owners?

I think you only got screwed over if you won... sorry ...if you thought you'd won. Apparently lots of loud noises and flashing lights saying I'd won was just a misunderstanding on my part.

CS only works from Monday till Friday, you have to wait till Monday to get your answer.

To be fair @JohnBGood I wouldn't have expected a response from CS over the weekend anyway. They are only a small team and don't really have the resources for people to be available 24/7.

For me problems with iStripper aren't really a life and death matter however that does not make me any less annoyed regarding the debacle over the slot machine.

Hopefully some learning will come from this experience for Totem - don't launch a buggy program on a day when you have no CS support and probably limited access to the developers.

In all my time in IT we would not have launched in that way. It would have been better to launch on the Monday when support was available. Also - leaving a little gap between the ending of the sale and starting another big promotion might have been advisable.

Was? I have not yet read any official feedback. And so long I keep my fingers off the slot machine. And since they are not active here over the weekend, it is their loss, not mine.

I spent all my remaining credits with this damn slot machine and i won nothing but 4 cards at 30% off...

Btw will this event be active till next Friday?

The slot machine is totally laggy, when I open the page with it, the gui works like slow motion and my cpu usage goes up from 8-10% for the app up to 20%, when nothing else is running.
And then I haven't pushed the spin button. When I do this the cpu goes up even more and the game is like 5fps, no fluid animation at all, like older slot games (they worked well).

I got 2 stars when I needed only one to get the mega jackpot twice now so in my opinion I should still have one star left each time I lost with the maga jackpot.. that being two stars totall now ..

Just say, "NO!". If people would stop throwing away hundreds or even thousands of credits, this BS would stop. But if you guys keep making it profitable for Totem to perpetuate this exploitative method of withholding cards from their customers, nothing will ever change. I have to admit I have been a part of the problem in the past, but we all need to get on board and boycott these games. (I will be from now on).

25--->13.25---9---7.2....the entirety of last week you were effectively buying cards for 70% off....any card from last year. And totem doesn't reward loyal customers...what else do you want? Other than free stuff. If you absolutely must have everything in the totem's catelog then you are going to *****...they allow you to have >99% of the cards for a normal to cheaper price. I am not a collector, but considering you can't resell the collection anyway I don't see the point of the obsession. Nearly all special event cards are from girls that have over 10 hours of content on the site...

It seems to me that defects in TGIF software are rather common. Totem may not have the staff to do this work better. I doubt it is deliberate but I get a sense of deadline pressure for some of the games.

I am in complete agreement with @orclover on this. I have often thought that Totem should have made the rewards for diamond membership be rather more visible than just the automatic continuous discounts that some seem to "forget" that we are getting. If it was more "in you face" when we get a reward, something like making every 10th or every 5th card be free rather than increasing the discount by 10 or 20 percent, then perhaps people might appreciate it more.

Why is it only showng the joker winnings and not the credits won? It sure wasn't this way to begin with. It makes it very hard to have any faith if you can't see if people have hit any kind of jackpot. ( Not talking about the Mega ) noone will win that.

I only want to see that there is a chance people are are hitting the credits and how long ago etc...who cares about the joker card its like they did this backwards when it was reset friday.

The Winning List has room for 50 entries. That seems to be how it was coded. Room to display 50 spots on the list.
It seems that enough Joker card winners have taken up all the available entry positions on the list.

you may see the letters rotate, and you may even see them partially above or below the winning line,
but you won't get just a single letter in winning column.

that would be pointless, as that Letter would take the place of a card.

But Stars are mixed in with the Cards !
The reason stars are mixed in with the cards, is that you Also win something from a star.
a single joker letter wins you nothing, so it would take away from the win amount.

Anyway, that is my take on Why you don't see the letters on the winning line show up at random.

You will only see all 5 joker letters if that spin is a winner of a joker card.
