@TofutiOpera - the Eva Elfie card is one of a group of Special Event Cards. These are usually created as a prize or lure in a promotion.

To try to acquire one produced in the past there are only 2 ways

Firstly to participate in a promotion where you try to win the card by playing a game. Using this route may win you a card but you often do not have a choice as to which one - so you may get, for example, the Jia Lissa card instead of the Eva Elfie.

Secondly to take part in a promotion that awards a Joker card as a prize. The Joker card can be used then to acquire any card OF YOUR CHOICE.

But be aware - these methods can cost you a lot of credits. Looking at your collection you only have four out of the thirteen Eva Elfie cards. I can tell you as I own all of them including the Special card that there are better "normal" cards for you to buy at your usual discounted price.
