Some of them look great, if you miss the introduction how can you get them later?

@StompStompStomp - the answer to your question is "with difficulty". It is that, and really only that difficulty, that makes them special.

So far if you miss the original release for a special event card the only ways have been via some of the gambling games or if you have a Joker card. Joker cards have also been minable via some gambling games but there have been the associational alternative method.

The Special Event Cards can be obtained using a Joker card - you get one in think when you take out Premium Membership, or you can win them if offered in competitions. Yoiu can also get SECs in competitions but that is "random" - yiu will get what Totem gives you, not necessarily what you want.

@pickle1 - I don't think you get a Joker for becoming a premium member - though you did as a special introductory offer when it was first introduced. The wording of the introduction, on Oct 18 2019 included the following sentence

To celebrate this news, we have decided to offer a JOKER card for every subscription run before Friday, October 25th, 9.00 am Paris time!

So it only lasted a week.
