Hi
I have been trying for two days to download the girls but I keep getting the same error message when I try:
Error username not found u:v******* (****** is obviously my username but I did not know if I should put it on here).
Can anyone help?

I have downloaded VGHD and installed it. When I check for updates the error message is displayed. I have tried re-installing with my alias and it still does not work.

ok @174pvo then uninstall it, and make a new install choose a new directory for save the show if you have on externe hardrive, or on C:/vir . then you see where put the good usermane and password.

At the Risk of Suggesting the Obvious, are You sure You are not getting Upper and Lower case letters mixed ??

No I've checked the username and password and they are correct. I have now downloaded the software onto my laptop and it works!!! But it will not work on my PC...... Which is where I want it...

that does not have the air of functions the right to the 2 copy, it should be required has totem that it grant that to you. if not uninstall of your portable and makes a request in help and LIVE CAT - Customer service 24/7, so that your fixed computer passes in priority, you will see thereafter for the portable with the need.
