I consider myself very lucky, too... When I started to test my luck today, I was missing only about 20 cards (not counting the Virtuagirl Classic 480p cards). My slot machine credits didn't get me much, but scratch game brought good results.

After I had stopped playing, I had won 15 new "regular" cards + Jia Lissa's new special event card + 1 new Joker card + the only special event card that I was missing from before (Skye Blue's "Bend to My Will")... and in addition to getting all that, I have more credits than I had before I started playing(!)

Joker card is a card that you can exchange to any card at any time, even to a special event card.

So what happens when you reach Jia Lissa's special event card in the ticket meter if you already have it (from a lucky scratch game)? You instead get nothing, or a ticket, or something else?

Well all I can say is that I am well pleased.

I was worried that this would be the same as last Black Friday. Because two of the games/offers failed last year and I could only get stars from reloads I ended up ***** in 2 hour shifts to make sure I didn't miss any reload events. This year because i have to be out most of Saturday (sister's annual Xmas *****) I was worried I would miss out on the Jia Lissa SEC.

So after scratching 100 cards I have Jia Lissa's Card and a Joker Card for a net outlay of around 50 credits.

I did waste a number of 5 credit spins on the slot machine but to be honest it is pointless for me as I can only win credits and the Progressive packs has nothing for me (I have all the cards).

To be honest although it is still gambling you do know that after 50 scratchcards you will get the Jia Lissa SEC and after 100 scratchcards you will get the Joker Card. The main gamble is will you win enough credits to cover most of your costs.

I have also done a credit reload and essentially earned 320 credits which has covered my credit expenditure today and also "paid" for my Advent Calender.

Thank you Totem - at least I can relax and enjoy myself this weekend.

I am not getting any credits on the bonus of the scratch game. Last 2 times it said 0 credits on the bonus.

I think this is the way it is supposed to work. You don't get a bonus every time.

No, it doesn't. I bought advent calendar after the Black Friday promo started and my progress bar stays in the same place.

@Number6 It clearly says on the Black Friday 2019 page under the scratch game. Scratch the 'bonus' box and discover if you have won 1, 2, 5, 10 or 20 free credits. Too me, that says you should win one of those amounts; not 0 credits or one of those amounts.

To me the "CAN" implies that you may not win everytime i.e. a Bonus of 0 which is why I wasn't concerned when I got some of these.

It is a matter of interpretation. I see it one way and you see it another. The team will doubtless clarify this tomorrow.

Yes, there's no such statement as "You CAN win", but if we go this way, someone could say:

I should ALWAYS win up to 100 credits OR one card OR special event card, because the sentence doesn't say that "I CAN win". This sentence says "I win".

im with @Number6 on this, "IF" you have won something (1, 2, 5, 10 or 20 free credits), with the alterative too wining something being winnng. But, i also give concession that it should directly say "...Or nothing"

However on the actual card you scratch it states definitively "You CAN win 1 5 etc credits"

I had a poke at this BF gambling.

Just for information sake, I am sharing my results as I find it useful when other people do.

I started with 711 credits. I played the slots with 5cr spins and probably spent 900 credits on that. I won 5 cr a good few times (probably 20x) and 25 cr a few times (probably 5 times) and once 250 cr. I probably bought cards that interested me 4 times during my slot "session" and would have spent 100 cr on that.

I also spent 100 cr for 10 scratch cards and this is where I got the joker card and Jia Lissa SEC before that (please close out iStripper to get access to either of those)

Then with what I had left, I decided to play scratch cards as it seemed to get good value from the above comments. I bought 300 cr worth of scratch cards which brought me to 0 cr (or close enough anyway) I won several 10 cr and several 1 cr bonuses.

With these earnings I bought other scratch cards and so on until I ended up with 0 cr, during that I won once 50 cr and other 10 cr and 1 cr bonuses. All in all I bought 64 scratch cards.

So, in other words, out of 711 cr I got

24 old cards that go for 8.8 cr (211.2 cr in total)
6 newer cards that go for 13.75 cr (220 cr in total with prices for triple diamonds)
Jia Lissa SEC
one Joker
18 lottery tickets.

Please note that out of the cards I got I will only download 10 old ones and 8 new ones.

I got 198 cr worth of cards that are interesting me, one SEC and one joker for 711 cr spent. Since you can only attribute the value you want to the SEC and joker card and this would only be your opinion, to me both are not worth 513 cr, but the rest was the cost of the gambling fun. Up to you to decide if this is good value or not.

How much does it move if you make a purchase? I got a couple cards and took a couple spins and it's crawling. lol

From my estimates each step would be 100 cr, so I would guess 500 cr for Jia Lissa SEC and 1,000 cr for the joker.
Once you have reached the joker and keep playing the 5th step gives you 5 lottery tickets and the 10th step gives you 10.

i started with 600cr. ended up with after 120 scratch cards, and about 10 x 5cr spins of the slots

and a Joker
and 18 entrys to the raffle

Mostly playng just the scratch cards as the slot machine would return zero cards anyways (unless it offers 480p cards). obviusly i had a lot of ups and downs in credit, even a couple 100 credit wins, many 50's and lot of 10cr wins.

I posted earlier today after buying 50 scratch cards. I actually came out with 12 credits more than when I had started and I earned Jia Lissa's SE card. After I got home from work I went through another 50 scratch cards. I ended up with another 37 credits more than whan I started the second time around AND I now have a Joker card to use for a future SE! So that means I am up a total of 49 credits, a Joker, and Jia's SE card, AND 9 lottery tickets! Hell, I think I'm going to buy another 50 scratch cards and see what the next prize is!

Yowza! I am on a roll! Instead of another 50 scratch cards I ***** through 100 and ended up another 153 credits ahead! So, for those keeping count, after going through 200 scratch cards today I now have Jia Lissa's SE card, a Joker for future use, 32 lottery tickets, AND I now have 202 credits more than when I started out this morning! That's the equivalent of 18 free cards!

I don't know if this is how this is supposed to work or if I am just extraordinarily lucky today...

So, if I understand this correctly, I have to spend 10 credits a pop with no hope of getting anything in return (since I own all cards) unless I am lucky enough to win one of the missing three SEC from my collection? I really don't want to miss another hot redhead's SEC, but if i have all of the cards, what other way to get the missing SECs than gambling away a bunch of credits?

I was away for a little while and missed 3 SECs, and now it looks like I'll miss another redhead... :(

These Special Event cards are a ***** ima

There has been no end of complaints regarding them, but it looks like we can expect more and more in increased frequency in the future.

So gambling away credits is the only way to get any of them for those of us with complete collections? Really Totem?

Check your clock, if it's correct, the "Coming Soon" tag will disappear after Midnight your time. The card was recorded on Totem's servers tomorrow, so after Midnight your time the tag will disappear.

Oh, I forgot to ask, is this reload bonus in effect until the 3rd as well? I really don't like throwing dollar bills to the wind. I did that FAR TOO MANY times with the last Black Friday event. Not gonna do it this time around... at least maybe I can get a deal on credits if the reload bonus lasts a few days until my check hits the bank.

Once again, those of us with complete collections are the big losers.
