Not true, guys. Just tested this with one of the 4 cards I own. It downloaded again without problems 😋

Come on, it doesn't need to be a genious to realize that if your goal is, solely, to get a chance to get the Niemira or Alyssia Kent exclusive card, participating in this event is a truly bad idea. You'll end up feeling screwed, that's all. Once for all : these are "exclusion" cards... and chance games is ALWAYS a bad idea participating in if you pursue a single precise goal. :p

And apart this plain odds realism, I know myself I will never participate in a game/chance event that will most probably only have the effect to add in my collection cards I don't want. I feel at least this game should leave you free, when you won a prize that is a card, to decide ifever you want it added to your collection on prefer pass on the win and move on to the next chance/scratch ticket.

I just chose to play only ONE ticket for 10 credits, but now i have lost 100 credit. I had 1381 credits, now i have 1281.... WHY? I want my 90 credits back! Please! 😠😟😕

I've bought 15 scratch cards, ended up winning 6 cards and 60 credits. 4 of the cards won were 720p.
I do not recommend...

i invested 200-250 credits to get the Alyssia-Kent-exclusive-card and got 100 credits back plus 8
cards, i dont want to have in my collection, including 1 horrorible card, i bought years ago, deleted
from my collection and begged totem to delete this card from my account.
I even got not one single card from my wishlist. So, i ***** 100-150 credits and got nothing i want.
Im not happy, but i had to try it.

But then people wouldn't buy those cards, so from Totem's point of view, of course it's better to give cards out that people most probably don't want. It does make sense in terms of sales - up to the point when you realise that doing so only pisses people off, of course.

Hallo, i have a problem with the scratch card, its the same problem as with the slot machine. I pay for it, and then.... nothing. I only get the message error, can not connect to the server, but the tickets are away. This morning i want to play the scratch game, the credits are away and thats all! please help me and give me my tickets back... :-(

As the name field is now blank you cannot search.

Quickest way to find them now is to change the sort option to "name" and "ascending". As the name field is now blank they appear at the beginning of the list. Also @spiderman1804 advised that you can use the category filter. Deselect everything then select "unknown".

congrats to whoever thought up this promo, think there are now alot of angry customers who lost a lot of credits and got absolutely 0 cards from it, dont be surprise if your sales figures for 2019 drop big time, will be a while before i add more credits after losing close to 500 in this promo

yep when i went to buy another scratchy and realised i only have 9.06 credits left, lol

This is why these mechanical selling devices/games need to stop. There is too much that can and DOES malfunction bettween server, user, file writing etc. ARGGGH this ***** all the time !

I am not against this promo perse. With some tweeks to it, I think it could be quite good. That said; I am going to refrain from participating. I REALLY want the Alyssia Kent card for my set, but all the testimonials concerning glitches and just how much I might have to dump in to this game to 'maybe' win it, makes this a pass. Hope lots of people get some enjoyment and cards the want out of it and I hope Totem fixes the glitches. Have a Great Week End Folks!

Well I think they should at least be tested better before public realease specificly if it's new. Beta test with the software savy members mabey.

And as long as we're throwing crazy ideas in the air, here's another one: instead of making those "special events" cards only available through chancy promotions, why not make them available only to people with one-, two- or three-diamond status? This way it would give everybody an incentive to level up, so to speak, and reach the required threshold in order to fetch the pretty cards, all the while remaining an exclusive thing. Wouldn't that be a win-win scenario and a rather profitable operation for Totem?

I don't think Totem is purposely giving cards you do not want. I think it is simply random. The math is simple. Take the number of cards available to buy and divide it by number of cards you want (or in your wish list) ; in my case that about 1376/20 or 1 in 68. It gets slightly more complicated as you play as the numbers change and you might also want to consider probability but a quick look show that my odds of getting a card I don't want far exceed the odds of getting a card I would want. I could easily spend all the credits I have on hand (2200) and not get a single card I want.

That said I know nothing of Totem's calculations so anything is possible.
