I have a full show of 35 minutes..but it only plays for about 9 minutes..why?

If you go to settings, tick advanced settings in case you haven't already, and you'll see a slider for show duration, quite likely set at 9 minutes, you can change that to how you like it, all the way to the right will set it to show all clip of a card before going to the next one.

Yes I don't know wha this isn't on by default, I had the same problem and I had to write about it on the forum as well. But, that is the solution and it works!
