After i got the hang of this( my 1st set of four ended with a cheaper card from an older collection) i used strategery to purchase older cards for backfill and then get a couple of newer cards that I had been on the fence about for one reason or another, all told 20 new cards since Friday's releases. I just want to say thank you very much Totem team!

I'm sure Totem will correct the error. I purchase 121 cards over the weekend and only 1 time I didn't get the credit until my 5th card. I'll ask totem to credit me accordingly as well.

Today I stopped getting alert notifications of the credit but when I checked my account history I did receive the credits.

Especially if you wanted to pickup some of the older cards which are cheaper and then get one of the newer cards as your 4th. But anyway you do this, this is great :)

Hmm., grump. At the top it says orders before 1159 pm GMT would qualify; mine went in almost an hour before that but my account page says it was on November 29 and I didn't get my refund. I feel cheated.

Check your account history - mine stopped telling me it was refunded but it did show in account history. If it's not there I would contact support so they can fix it for you.

The sell ended at 11:59 GMT time not your local time.

Hey team great promotion, it seemed to generate alot of interest so I hope you did well and can repeat the sale next year, I loaded up with 500 credits twice and spent most of them, collected heaps of the older cards that I had not looked at before, a couple of nice surprises in there, Catie and Miyuki were 2 I had never looked at before but their cards are good. I feel the perfect fool. I bought a bunch of cards on Monday night before midnight, but it was CST so I didn't get any of the discount. Since most of your users are US based, perhaps next time you could use US time as the cutoff. Just a suggestion.

They use GMT (Grenich Mean Time) which is (or at least used to be) the standard time that most everyone sets their clocks to using the proper addition or subtraction based on time zone. The U.S. may have a lot of clients here at iStripper but the customer base is worldwide. It seems a little arrogant to me to want to make everyone change their calculations to a time standard that isn't even constant depending on where in the year we are.

I know in California we are either plus 7 or plus 8 depending on whether we are in daylight savings or standard time.

But then I was a Radioman in the U.S Navy for several years and we lived on GMT time 24/7 so it isn't hard for me to figure since I am used to it.

In California we are actually minus 7 or 8, not plus since GMT is always ahead of us.

And that shows how easy it can be to make a mistake using L or "Lima" time.

I agree with what you've said - Just a ***** quibble - although pronounced as you've spelt it, it is actually Greenwich :-)

When I posted above, it was 5:00 pm Central Time = 11:00 pm GMT. 59 minutes before 11:59 pm GMT. So for me @wickedhot @v23543829 @unspeakable @b28angel, it ended 59 minutes to early. However, for some strange reason, when I look in My Account History, everything is listed as being 1 hour ahead of when I really purchased the cards. If that makes sense...So when I purchased card ??? at 5pm CT Houston, Tx, I still had another 59 minutes to receive my 4th free card; however, my account history was already showing that it was purchased at 6:00pm (12:00am GMT), not 5:00pm.
Maybe someone can look into that and explain it to the 5 of us that posted above.
I would just like to know so I don't have this happen again in the future.

Totem is probably on Paris time, which is one hour ahead (plus) from Greenwich time. I have noticed that when I post something on the forum, for the first minute or two after I post it says "9 hours ago" and then after a couple minutes pass it switches to "a few minutes ago"... The 9 hours ago thing would make sense if their (Totem's) servers were on Paris time.
