I've used these before to purchase credits, but now it seems I'm unable to. Is there a way around this? I can't seem to get this to purchase (and using Paypal Credit Card, they only take Mastercard for some reason).

Anyone else have this issue?

I didn't realize this was an international purchase.

And major bummer about Paypal as I would use that but again they don't take Visa. So guess I'm stuck no longer able to purchase new cards/credit. Guess it was bound to end one day. Sorry they've lost my business. Thanks for the quick reply 91hebasu.

What if you register the card with an address and name? I want to say that worked for me but I haven't bought tickets in a while so I not 100% sure.

My bank switched my credit card to Mastercard. Not sure if Visa's Credit Card days are numbered? I still have Visa Debit though from the same bank. I use PayPal too, the backup card is the MC not the Visa.

Strange. I'm in the US and I use VISA with paypal with no problems.

It's not that you can't use Visa with Paypal, but when I go to use it to get credit from iStripper, it shows this (see attached image). And when I try to ***** it to use a Visa it says this merchant doesn't accept Visa through Paypal.

Can you use the Visa to purchase during any other overseas transactions without problems? Seems an odd setup but Visa may have reasons for not wanting overseas transactions processed through PayPal.

I use Paypal occasionally and sometimes for purchases outside the US. I don't do a lot of purchasing and I can't recal the last time I did an overseas purchase with Paypal and a VISA, but I'm sure I have in the past 2-3 months.

Yeah I've never had an issue with Paypal/Visa with overseas purchases. And the reason I say that is that I've bought stuff off of eBay and Etsy from merchants overseas with no issue with a linked Visa card.

So it seems like something Totem has setup with their Paypal Account.

You will need to contact your Bank, or an On-Line Finacial institution.
What you Want to get is a ReLoadable Prepaid Credit Card, NOT a Gift Card.

You put the Funds in your Bank Account, or Send a Payment to the On-line institution.
Then use the Credit card just like normal.

You can connect paypal to your bank. I have several bank accounts and I connected them all to paypal. Now I can move money to and from my checking accounts to paypal. I actually use this to move money from one bank to another. But I count leave some money in my paypal account. I have never tried it, but I'll bet that I could buy credit with money in my paypal account. I personally wish that American Express was accepted to buy credits. Then is no foreign transaction fee with American Express Platinum. This would save me 4 dollars on every transaction.

Hello, i can't buy credit, it's said"Payment declined". Is VISA DEBIT CARD not supported here? How can i buy credits when i don't have VISA CREDIT CARD. Please help me.
