Hello, I just downloaded the software yesterday, and the one full show I downloaded is the only thing playing for me.
all the trailers say "enabled" and are fully downloaded. but when I click the "perform" button, the full show for the other girl comes up. the boxes are checked and everything.
how do I view trailers?

It sounds like you have your nudity levels changed. Make sure that you have "Allow 'no nudity shows'" checked on the Desktop tab of the software.
