Lately (for about the last month or so) most of the new girls I load refuse to play. When I click on one to play it just defaults to another girl instead. What can I do to remedy this?

Well, if you look, you'll see this warning I've provided a screenshot of in the description of most of the newer cards. An obvious question to ask first would be.....
What version are you running ???
Depending on the answer to that, it may be as simple as updating to the current version. Which is 1.1.0.84
