There are few days that I joined, I started to download some de model with Booster Packs, I see that you have all of the very large collections! :-) If you have any advice for me on the purchase of Cards ... I guess you have almost all of a subscription right? Thank you and see you soon!

Not sure what you are asking. If it is particular cards to purchase I cannot advise as I have used a subscription since I joined as I wanted every card as cheaply as possible.

If you are asking the cheapest way to collect then a subscription is the way to go.

Thanks DMon1981, I mean the cheapest way to get many cards, subscription seems the most convenient method, especially if this method is recommended by a user who has 1672 cards! ;-)

Yes subscription is the cheapest method then. I also own all of Deskbabes cards. Taking my collection to over 2000 cards. Deskbabes also have a subscription. ;-D

It's personal and it depends, what the purpose. I'm buying from the demo carousel, for example, 1 credit per card, 'cause I like to CHOOSE the Girls for my collection and not as many and as fast as possible. Not going to buy them all. Favorites only.
So it's up to you ... think first, what's your aim ...

Yes the subscription type that gives you 4 cards per day it the cheapest way that will also give you them fast enough to keep you busy. This is the best bang for your buck by far and should give you a nice variety as well. If you want to get more specific the next best thing would be to buy 50 credits at a time to get the best bulk rate and then purchase cards from the carousel as they are only 1 credit per card instead of 2, and allows for a fair amount of variety especially if you turn on P2P demo downloading which greatly increases your variety. Enjoy!

But the price of a card from the demo carousel is 2 credits, it was indicated that only the first purchase was 1 credit.

This has been changed, yes. It was in the past that demo cards were for 1 credit for everyone, but now you have to reach the Gold to get demos for one credit from the carousel.

I remember, a long time ago, when I thought ... oh man, 20 gals, dancin' on my desktop ... what a cool concept!

That ***** fell by the wayside - and I'm on card no. 716, now.

Im also buying the cards via the demo carousel just like @MrBeeKeeper.
If you have some patience the cards will show up on the carousel for 1 credit each once you reach Gold level.

But it depends of course, if you only want to buy favourite cards then thats the way to go in my opinion but if you want to have all cards then you should go for a subscription :)

Advantages of each method

Sub eventually you get them all and there a new girl every day

Individual purchase you can pick and choose (I for example occasionally buy a card that's not on the demos this happens when a girl really catches my eye (Demi) or is utterly amazing (Gwen)

Packs are ok but you may get stuff you don't want.

of course im still on less than 400 cards

oh and you may want a bigger hard drive

I started with the free version for a few months THEN Totem had a Christmas or New Years promotion gave a free of my choosing. And that was it. I bought 25 credits then I bought another 50 and said that was it. Now I'm approaching 1000 cards! Back then I would have never believed I would have every have reached 100 cards :)

In the early days I bought a few booster packs and then I tried a subscription. Now buy 50 credits at a time and pick the cards I want.

It's been great fun.

No doubt about it,"Bivorbag", whichever purchasing method you choose, it's highly addictive! I have always used credits, since I only buy what interests me, but if you're looking to get the whole collection quickly, then I suppose a subscription would be the way to go.

Gonzo is right, it's not only highly addictive, but VGHD Girls are going to change your whole lifestyle, that's for sure, plus a bunch of new friends you can find here ... ];-)

Gonzo's post made me also wondering ... which could be the fastest way to get the entire collection, every single card available, and very fast?

Subs is the cheapest way to get them all, but is it the fastest? It gives you 4 cards per day, right? Automatically added to your collection.

But what IF I had enough money to spend on my hobby, and I want ALL the Girls, and fast. I'd buy then 50 credits to purchase from the demo ...
I can get 20 models at once, which will be replaced immediately to the new ones, right? So another 20 available, and then again ... or are there some kind of limits?

Because this way (buying from the carousel and not choosing between models) you can get them all within 2 or three days perhaps, if they just keep coming onto the demo wheel. You don't even have to download them first. This can be done later, when got a free moment for that.
Then the only thing, which will waste your time is managing your bank account, when buying credits.

Have anybody tried this, would be interesting to know ... could it work ... ];-)

But whether it makes sense, is another issue.

I agree with everyone that has replied so far
It is addictive as hell,my collection is up to 767 cards.
When it comes to getting cards i have used different methods,subscription,booster packs and getting credits to get single cards from the demo carousel.
Everyone's tastes are different so everyone does it differently

Thanks to all of the answers, you gave me lots of advice! Now I will try a bigger hard disk ahahahahah ;-)
