To enable more people to get a chance to pick a new challenger, I've adjusted rule 4 of the competition (see link at the 1st post of this thread). Now the third voter, counting backwards from the winning vote, may pick a new challenger.

Another way to improvement was to fix all the vote limit to 10, because the limit 5 is too fast obtain..
