and what is the difference between x-rated and explicit?

......except, of course for the "FINGER QUEENS"...Girls cards shot long ago in that brief time when full, long, & multi fingering clips were made available & happened in some girls cards (see link below for an informative list)

IMPORTANTLY: These full, long, & multi clips in their shows (NOT today's very occasional 1-5 second finger "dip")were shot BEFORE there was an "X RATED" setting on VG so that those clips come up only as "explicit" in each card!
