I've had the software installed now for about 3 weeks,
and i instantly bought the bumper pack.

Today i decided to subscribe, i was expecting the girls
in the calender previous to todays date to become full shows
but they have not? is that normal? plus, should i have
today's show added to the collection to?
or are the daily downloads random from the calender
and start from tomorrows date?

It more than likely will be at midnight each new day. At least that is the way it is in the US.

The 14 shows at the top of the calendar are available at the special 1 ticket rate.

Any card bought from the top of the calendar will not be replaced.

The bottom row is the upcoming "free" shows you will get each night at midnight while your subscription lasts. That is unless you buy any of them early for 1 ticket as well. A card bought from the bottom row will disappear but will immediately be replaced by another card you do not already own. NOTE: you may have to hit "check For Updates" in the download tab to make the calendar refresh to show the changes.

After two weeks, only the bottom row is purchasable as the top two rows will be shows you already own either from buying them or they will be shows you got for free and any unbought ones will have scrolled off the top by then.
