Hi,
I had an account here but i had to format my pc and now i can't open it again becouse i forgot my old password and the only way to ask help is to make a new account. So now i have my collection empty and i want retrieve it becouse i payed for it.
I saw there isn't a Customer Service and thats incredible becouse all the money i used now are gone.
Please help me...i have to retrieve my account.
