Last night I spent 3, today I spent 4. The two cards I bought yesterday aren't around, and the 3 today are HELLA slow to download. I'm new, here. I read the lisence agreement. Do you guys pull the cards? I haven't viewed anything at all besides free content. I'm just trying to figure this out.

That doesn't help. Customer Service is a slippery thing here.

you can also click on the my history tab to see if your purchased cards were actually added if not then the customer service can help it can take a couple days to get the cards but they will get to you
