Rex, I am still surprised about your determination on pole dance clips, but that is your time and money Totem ;) . If you want to teach newbies to pole, ok - its your choice where to spend money ;) , just keep in mind that you will not disappoint many people here if most of clips doesnt include pole dance.

If not that woman grips that pole with plenty of confidence and has excellent foot placement.

Pole work is a favorite of mine so I'm awaiting another with skills that rival Suzie Q's.

I was actually thinking of suggesting Elena Gibbson as a new girl on the casting forum, but thought she might be a touch old for vghd. Perhaps I was wrong though. I would love to see a few shows from her.

The other possible options are Michaela Roberts, Jeannine Wilkerling, or Tanja Suni, but it looks more like Elena Gibson in the pic. Same goes for these three - I would love to see them do vghd shows, but they may be a touch too old.

Glad that VGHD is tuning up it's shows...You listened to the Pole Dance lovers now perhaps the "explicit wanna's" will be heard too.

But, seriously, I hope the new girls, armed with this learning,are also freed up to be more erotic in presentation and not frozen & mechanical in action.
What could be done to get the models training BEFORE they get to VGHD so it's not,"OMG I've got to learn Pole Dance NOW?!" It would be great if suggesting a bit of pole dancing training be part of a model's fitness training BEFORE coming to VGHD would be the norm.
Perhaps not realistic, but ideal.
Perhaps more realistic is "Getting hired for VGHD includes a day of PoleDance Training!" So the girls know & maybe can train on their own before!

Thanks for the "back stage" pass Rex! Always fun to see what's going on behind the scene and I hope for more of this when the new site is up and running...

Good points by plasonic, and from what I've read in another thread, it looks like those that want a "pre-bottle incident" level of explicitness in their vghd cards will be catered for as well.

This is what we need, enough variety to cater for as many tastes as possible while remaining within the Totem's pre-set boundries for the software.

Just some random thoughts...
Thinking of finances, availability, & effectiveness for VGHD/Totem.
Will our Pole Dance Master Teacher Babe be on hand (I wanted to write "on Pole" but...oh..I DID lol)for every model Totem shoots? Always in house, as it were?
If not perhaps it would be wise to have her shoot a VGHD SPECIFIC (get the erotic/explicit in there!)tutorial video even if Totem has to pay her a bit extra for it.Saves $$$ over long time/always available to give to new girls. Quality control aspects of basics too.
Totem can make $$$ back by selling video to at least Plats,VIP's, maybe all members... I'm sure many of us would like to see the tutorial for 1 tix ? Totem can, at least make back costs.
I think eventually an "erotic/explicit for Totem" style dance coach could be found and work in the same way.

Vids could be given to casting agencies in Czech too!

So what happened with Angel Kiss and the pole dance teacher then?

She doesn't appear to have had any such tuition in her "Devil's Kiss" card, since she doesn't seem to have the first clue what to do with the pole and ends up sitting on the floor for a good deal of the time.

Did she make some cards before the teacher got involved?

If Totem booked more pro strippers, rather than no-talent nude models, this wouldn't be an issue. Pole dancing is not something you can learn in a day.

However, I think only a very small amount of members here care about performance skills when buying or rating this product.

This is probably true, but in cases like this where it has been previously stated that tuition was involved, you would at least expect the girl to make a bit more effort than usual.

Angel seems to make considerably less effort than the vast majority of VGHD girls, who have had no on the spot training.

Take Manon's new release today for instance. She's not a great pole dancer, but at least she makes an effort and keeps the clips entertaining.

Pole teacher's name is Susie :) I'll let you dig more around that. Angel never saw a pole before and Susie was of some great help to teach her a few basic moves. We decided to hire Susie for the full time of the shooting (she was just coming for a few hours to train models before shooting till today), so I expect to see progress there.

In a perfect world we'd be able to hire strippers from strip bars, but most of them don't want their image on the net. I still believe it was a good choice to work with Angel even if she was not that easy to work with and didn't know how to dance on a pole... One day I'll cast a girl with a perfect body, big boobs, cute face, she would be a dancer, would have dance in a strip bar for years, would arrive on time, be smiling and happy nd willing to work for the whole two days of work... I lost the count, but I think we're over 500 girls since VG1, maybe she exist :)

So Angel "was not easy to work with" then. That explains a lot. She certainly didn't seem happy in her performance (explains why she didn't crack a smile for instance).

Don't get me wrong here though, it is still a pleasure to have such a beautiful girl on my desktop, and there are few more beautiful than Angel. Perhaps I just set my expectations too high as far as her performance was concerned.

All your hard work and the hassles that you guys have to put up with are very much appreciated. Hopefully some of the forthcoming girls will be much better in terms of performance as well as looks.

when you find a model that looks like angel and dances like suzie q then youve got the perfect vghd model!maybe you can hire karina to train the girls i think shes about as close as youve come so far.
