I got 5 free tickets for getting a 3 month subscription, used two of them for a card, and now it's showing I only have one ticket left. Looking through my collection I know which cards I got from the calendar and which ones I purchased, and I definately have 2 tickets unaccounted for.
I sent a ticket to customer service but they can be a bit slow to respond so I thought I would ask in here...
Is there a time limit to use free tickets? anyone else had this problem? Is customer service likely to add my missing tickets back to my account or are they pretty much gone for good?
just wondering cause there's a card I really wanted to buy tonight, and a card on my calendar I wanted to buy ahead of time, but if these tickets are gone for good I dont know if I want to waste the remaining ticket on a card I will be getting for a few days, or if I should just purchase another one to get the other card I want that isn't on my calendar...
