People as has been said many times before and as recently as 8 hours ago, the posting of nay pics with nudity can ONLY be done outside of Totem pics (and in the appropriate topic) can only be done where the pic comes from a site where Totemm has an agreement.

Those topics where this is permitted have the ability to generate links to the site where the pic originated from, hence do not breach the copyright agreements (between suppliers).

Pic posted without that run the risk of Totem being accused of breaching copyrights and incur legal action.

This is NOT what we want for Totem.

Its been a little while since we had to warn about this and we cannot check every pic or post that is made, but if repeated the offender can be liable for various sanctions.

Please read the T & C's before posting pics.

Ok, rules taken on board & ill make sure its only VGHD pics I post, unless this thread moves to the "Nude Girls" section in the Forum again.
I don't know why this thread was moved back from "Nude Girls" to Everything About The Girls". That would have sorted this problem out surely? I see this thread was originally in "Everything About The Girls" when it was created too.

Also, the pics I did post I made sure that they were from a site where Totem have an agreement. I don't know why you shouldnt be able to see pics of girls in the buff as this thread as its about "Girls In Porno". It kind of makes sense to be honest.
I dont know why there isn't the option to select where the image came from when you upload a picture in this thread either. Why not have these options in every forum section so you can post pics from sites with the agreement anywhere? It would probably solve a lot of issues to do with all this "what you can & cant post"

Rex, the CEO, decided that pics from the approved list could be posted in the "Nude Girls" category and only that category. He also said something along the lines of......Keep them in the proper category and don't get carried away or lose the ability to post them at all. Pretty simple to understand.


They were looking at copyright infringement law suits because of the forum constantly being ***** with pics from other sites and they could have completely shut it down then. However, Totem went through a lot of trouble to work things out with the sites that were willing negotiate so we could post the pics in that one category. Limiting the number of pics being posted as a desired result. Desired by the other sites, that is. Allow them to be posted in the entire forum and be looking at getting sued again due to the number of pics being dumped.


They could easily decide that we can't post any pics from any site other than Totem Entertainment because of people refusing to follow the rules and the ungrateful whiners.

We don't want that........Do we ???

But Not every member has taken the time to read them, and some wouldn't care even if they did read them.

I for one, will probably just start handing out vacations to members who have more than several posts and have been here long enough to know the rules.
