To change the girl to full screen, press the right arrow key on the keyboard.
As far as the scene itself is concerned, I don't think it's possible to change it without ending the current scene.
Pour changer la fille en plein écran, il faut peser sur la fèche droite de diection du clavier.
Pour la scène comme telle, je ne crois pas possible de la changer, sans mettre fin à la scène en cours.
