It stacks on top of whatever discount level you are currently at. Even at triple diamond it works for me. I now pay 11 credits instead of 13.75 within the 10 days.

Just to let everyone know...
when you upgrade to Premium...
at the Bottom of the 1st Pay Screen, you can select a different 3rd Part Biller. ( click the word Change)
I select Epoch, and Paypal was a payment Option

I used Paypal with Epoch, to purchase my Premium Membership.

Thank you for sharing this information and the image.

Posting both on the first page of all the premium threads might help other customers who had similar issues finding the usual payment options...

Your distaste to Totem's business policies won't change the fact that there will be more hot models here in coming months that you can't avoid. You'll be back :)
The fact is that those models can be watch on other websites in 4K, even in VR if I want and I don't have to pay extra cost if I want to download the highest resolution or be a premium member.

Okay, but this has been the case all the time. All the models here have appeared and/or will appear at other websites with more affordable payment options and probably more explicit content, and still you have stuck around.

Nothing has changed in that respect... I can't see a deal breaker there all of a sudden.

But to each his own, of course, not making any judgements here.

But since they have intruduced SECs, gambling games, limitaion in resolution depending on your status. Also VR websites propose pretty good stuff too. The only thing that makes iStripper more appealing is the card collection principle, which keeps collectors around but this side is less appealing to me.

@Manue @kaiju : I did subscribe the Premium offer tonight and I used the default payment processing company which was Netbilling and truely speaking this was not the best idea of the day...

They do not provide a web portal to manage subscription nor send any email to me...

I fall in the case that I want to cancel it now to avoid to forget it in one year and for two reasons:
  • in one year my credit card will have expired anyway so payment attempt will be rejected.
  • I want to keep control on my expenses so I dislike those recurring stuff.

So how should I proceed to cancel it?

Many thanks for your help.

@Gorfa91

It was Netbilling processing my payment as well, and I have the same problem as you have: I never received any email from them confirming my purchase, and when I searched the matter further, all I found was this page, which is quite shady to say the least...

http://net-member.com/

With Epoch at least you can find your purchases and subscriptions and manage them on their site.

So, why are you still here?
One other reason I'm still around it's because I still need the software to play my cards, so as I already mentioned in another thread, I'll still be around for a while because of that.

Yes true this is "Back to the future..." web pages of the 90's in Netscape ;-)

Usually I do not care about the payment processor with Totem because buying credits is one time purchase, but this time I sould have pay attention.

Anyway customer support is usually efficient so I do not worry :-)

It is $4.92 a month. That is half a meal when you eat out. Or half a movie. Once a month. You then get 28 cents off of each new card you buy. You get a free special event card which was worth a ton of money to many people. And you get 4k forever. If you buy 18 new cards a month you make all of the money back. If you buy 14 new cards a month then you basically spend $1 per month for 4k...It is a thoughouly fair deal. An amazing deal for collectors...basically them giving money away to people who would buy all the cards anyway, and a fair deal for selectors like me. Even if you do not have a 4k monitor there are plenty of full screen scenes that play girls in a very immersive setting at 4k size so these new cards look great.

@Wyldanimal: It's still VERY shady.

That form (
https://secure.netbilling.com/gw/native/selfservice1.2?111830671378:ISTRIPPER) asks us to fill in at least 3 fields of information, but in the purchase event only two of them were required... email-address and card number. So no luck there. It also says that if I have forgotten my "login information" (which was not even part of payment procedure), just email address is enough. Well, entering my email address only (the same used in the purchase) creates error message "No account found based on submitted information".

Found several 1/5 star reviews of Netbilling and I can understand why.

I'm not in the process of cancelling my Premium membership, but it would be nice to know that if I wanted to, there would be an actually working way to do it. I'm sure Totem's customer support would get this sorted, if I wanted to cancel and make sure that no more billing took place, but such payment processors and their utterly disfunctional net service really irritates me.

I far as I can tell; nobody has answered my question from 10 hours ago. Is the subscription recurring or not? I've had problems with recurring subscriptions in the past and much prefer the one-shot transactions of buying credits. Please let me know. Thank you!

@Celine Can you address the concerns of those like myself whom have collected almost every card to date on how we can obtain "Special Event" Cards?

The way this system is now, you are actually punishing your longest standing and loyal supporters. I could buy this "Premium" subscription and be able to buy this event card. What happens when you implement another Event card?

Now I have a subscription that doesn't allow for me to make a direct purchase of the desired card, I can't participate in the Loot Box/Lottery to obtain a chance at a card. This actually needs to be address and stop overlooking this issue cherry picking post to address concerned patrons.

If nothing else those above 4000 cards should be granted the ability to just buy the Special Event Cards simply due to the fact they can't participate in even obtain the cards through any available means.

Can you address this issue for us please.

@2manychoices this is recurring. Please be careful to choose a payment processor you trust and that has web portal for subscription management.

You guys must be breaking Totem's servers downloading shows in 4K. I tried to "update" a couple of cards, and the update ***** in a few seconds.

The Premium purchase seemed like a no-brainer for me and my situation. I buy every card on the day it is released because I am an *****. Here is a breakdown of the math for a Triple Diamond member who purchases the maximum promo credit package (typically 600 credits for $49.99 USD) and who purchases every card upon its release or very shortly thereafter (somewhere in the neighborhood of about 100 of us):

At Triple Diamond level each card is 13.75 credits. If you purchase credits at the full price of 500 for $49.99 USD that comes to $1.375 per card. If you purchase credits during promo periods in packets of 600 credits for $49.99 USD that comes to $1.146 per card. 365 cards in a year at this cost would add up to $418.15 USD.

With the additional 20% savings provided by the new Premium status, each new card should be 11.00 credits for Triple Diamond members. This translates to $0.916 USD in real cost per card when credits are purchased in packets of 600 for $49.99 USD during promo periods. 365 cards in a year at this cost would add up to $334.52 USD. Add $59.99 for the cost of the Premium subscription and your total is $394.51.

So my savings is $23.64 USD for the year. Yeah, that's not much of a savings over time but it IS a savings! And that's not even factoring in the 20% discount on VR videos - you betchyer ass I buy all of those, too! I still have a 1080 monitor and don't download cards in any higher resolution than that but it's nice to know that I will have the ability to download all of the applicable cards to the highest available resolution if I do ever upgrade my hardware. It has been extremely rare that I have raised issues with the support team but it is also nice to know that I would theoretically receive priority handling as a Premium subscriber.

Let's get down to brass tacks, though... As an *****, I have to have each and every card. When we get right down to it, I purchased a Premium subscription in order to obtain Skye Blue's Special Event Card. I strongly feel that those of us who have ponied up for this Premium subscription should be entitled to buy future Special Event Cards outright rather than being made to go through bullshit hoops and obstacles to obtain them. Can you please make this happen, Totem?

Thank you...
