Why cant I get whole shows I click on whole shows but only get 7mn extracts ive ***** more than 500 credits trying and am getting quite frustrated.

What do you mean by "whole shows"? When you download a card you should get a series of individual clips none of which is by themselves a "whole show". How long each show is played for depends on how you have configured the desktop section of the settings tab, but some important settings are only available after ticking "advanced settings" which is in the top left corner of the settings page. ***** the "show duration" slider all the way to the right when it should say "all clips". Also make sure that either "progressive hotness" is ticked or that "levels of eroticism" is set to "all levels" (why these settings are mutualy exclusive is a mystery to me, but they are).

You need following steps:

Setting

activated "Advanced settings"

DESKTOP - "Show duration"

change this setting (default 7 min)

For the FULL SCREEN is a seperate setting possible.
