**Comment to Community & Team Totem**
Hi Community and Team Totem!,

I believe the company promised us: "all cards onces purchesed on a account will be ours forever". How can they promise this meanwhile I face into Forums Threads "Removed Cards: <Model Name>", this is just crazy and unreasonable. How many cards of models have been removed already? "Rex" have said to contact the Customer Service for credits refunds, alright that's very nice. But for some models I really dont want refunds at all, for example Katya Clover, Belle Claire or Nancy A.

It is my right to keep them on my account and re-download them if needed. I have purchesed "Credits" for real money to enjoy these specific models. Totem Entertainment have to make their "Contracts" more Clear, Solid and Irreversible. It is not easy for the company, they are between both sides. But we as customers have the right aswell to know what we are able to enjoy forever once purchesed a product (A Card), but because of lawsuit reasons cards of models can just be removed from servers/company.

• How come?, this models wants to start a normal career? Seriously?? Impossible!! They are ALL over the internet. Do they really believe they are able to start 'normal' career after being a Nude Model or PornStar? I meen there will always be peeple recognize her as model, anywhere.
• Why does the company allows this to happen? Bad Contracts OR Is this because of solidarity towards the models
• How many models are just allowed to do this, like Camila? All models are able to stop and call back all their Totem Entertainment Cards, just that simple and we get refunded back our Credits?

By the way, I would like to see that automaticly: "Refund our Credits back of the Cards being removed from Servers, on the moment when the Company is not able to sell the Cards anymone of that specific Model. How many models have just been removed from my collection, unnoticable.

**The Old XXX Format**
This is the reason even more to go back into production with the "Old XXX Format" because how certain can I be I will keep my Collection and enjoy the Cards? Seems not forever, because 'Camila' tricked us. Hope not many models will see 'Camila' as example, to do the same.

As long as Totem own the rights, they are yours forever... if the girl pulls an injunction, gets the courts involved and wins, the cards are no longer Totems 'property'. That's the law.

Let us hope that many models are ours forever... how ever long that may be! :)

In brief, when using Totem product (site, software) we are bound by their EULA/Terms and Conditions. When you buy cards you are buying license to those cards (with limitations). Most relevant part:

When using the Product, you may use your Credits to get in-Product content associated with your Account, including, without limitation, Cards, Photos, Videos ("Product Content") that reside on servers operated by Totem Entertainment as data. You acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in any of those Product Content but a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and watch the Product Content associated with the Cards. Totem Entertainment does not provide or guarantee, and expressly disclaims any value, cash or otherwise, attributed to any data residing on servers operated by Totem Entertainment, including without limitation the Product Content associated with your Account.

Thank you but this is just information I already knew, nothing new in here. This has nothing to do with the Contracts of the models. 😎

The message you send as extra EULA/Terms information, just tells we have to be aware of Card Changes at Company Side, so we dont fully own the cards. I really know that already. Aslong the servers are allowed to offer the product we are allowed to download it aswell. But still I consider purchesed cards as property of my Account, I meen I'm still able to watch Camila while the rest of the community (for those who didn't download her) cannot watch her anymore.

Nevermind all this. It is just very f*cked up models are just able to claim cards back like this. I was just shocked 'Camila' did this.

But I think it is very kind of Totem Entertainment to compestate us with refund our credits back.

..well, people grow up, have a change of mind or heart. You can't blame the models for that. At least we got to see some flesh while it was on offer! :)
I've never asked for a credit back. Totem made the cards; they deserve to be paid.

you don't own the cards, you own the right to play them.

and as long you have the clips from the removed cards you can play them. so there's nothing wrong with

and it was stated several time to make back-ups from the removed cards in case you lose them by accident.

Tshhh, Shodan084... we are mature enough! We are allowed to have our own opinions aswell. And Totem Entertainment offers this solution themselves, dont blame us to accept this. And If you like it or not, I really dislike models like claim their cards back. Sorry, if you dont understand my opinion here. Alright, but this doesn't make me immature.

NO, This should Never Happen.
A Member who Already Has Downloaded the Animation files retains the rights to use those files.

One When a member looses the ability to use the files, and specifically requests a refund, should a refund be provided.

Totem Entertainment brings allong alot of other beautiful and sexy models to iStripper to entertain us 😄. So, is not really a big deal. Of course, I will be disappointed to see models leave iStripper but I think aswell it doesn't happen that often. And it was never clear to me models were able to leave iStripper and call back their Cards, so I was shocked. But this doesn't make me stop using iStripper, i have faith in Totem Entertainment. They will make us happy with alot of other models.

Alright, it is just clear. everybody is just against "Terbone" in personal. I will just stop visit this thread. I meen 'come on'. Wyldanimal.. you're overreacting here... My suggestion is not unreasonable.

Here is a analogy...
10 years ago you Bought a music CD, that used digital rights. The Music only Plays if a DRM file is Downloaded from a server.

The CD has Since been removed from Sale, and can No Longer Be purchased. And No New DRM can be Downloaded.
It is Not Allowed to be sold at Auctions due to a Legal ruling. And even if you could buy a used copy, it wouldn't play because the DRM is no Longer made available.

What should Happen to all the People who purchased the CD, prior to it's removal from Sale?

1) A digital bomb is sent out via the internet, and if you try to play the Music on an Internet connected device, it will be Remove the Existing DRM and be Blocked from Playing.
2) The Store(s) must go back through millions of Sales records and Refund the Purchase to everyone who bought the CD?

Or this...

1) Anyone that already owns the CD can still listen to the music use the DRM file they already have.
2) If they bring back the CD to the Store, they can get a store credit for the Lowest sale price of the CD, or the Price they paid if they have the receipt.

Is this Not the Exact same thing?

You purchased a card, that has now been removed from Sale..

You Still have full use of that Card.

But If you Lose the Use, you can Request a Refund.

Lets just keep in mind. If Totem Entertainment claim back every single card I have collected in the past, How can I possible still want to use the software? .. Yeh, having my collection makes me a satisfied customer.

Look, Wyldanimal. It isn't the purpose of Totem Entertainment to call back cards from community but the Models are doing it. The Company already knows some of the community will be unpleased by the action they need to do, because the law wins. The company 'Totem Entertainment' offer this solution themselves to compesate their community, so dont be mad at me to accept it BUT how many models have left iStripper while me not be able to notice it. How can I claim back my Credits while i dont notice any models leave iStripper? thats why I suggest for Auto-Refund Credits to customers who have the Cards in their collection but are removed from servers, of course with explanation why credits are refunded.

So, back to your opinion. you blame me for accept my credits back from Totem Entertainment, while they dont have any problems with the idea to refund us back our Credits for the Cards we lose? 😕

For the same Credits I would like to buy some other Cards (New XXX Format, 😀)

Is this about Camila Chix? or was there someone else because this is from 2011 in all those years I still was able to re-install Camila Chix Cards over and over again.

The comments made here by other members is not an attack on you, but just trying to help you understand a situation that hat has been discussed many times in the past since Camilla's action in the courts to get her images removed from Totem's servers.

Up until that court case and its decision against Totem, Totem never even considered the possibility of it occurring, I mean it had never happened before, which is why they will give a refund if it was asked for.

But if you still have the cards and many of us do, then we don't want refunds, because then, Totem would remove the cards from our collection.

No ***** in seeking clarification of a subject if you are genuinely *****.

shodan didn't accuse you of being immature. He merely commented that people grow up over the years and may have a change of heart and/or mind. Nothing in his comment was an accusation of immaturity on your part. Yet you quickly and curtly lashed out.

Yeh, seems so. Now I read it differently. But im calm right now. English isn't my main language, so I guess thats why I misread comments more easily. I will need to spend more time in reading those comments, so I will understand these sentences more. 😊
