I recently had to download the collection and I noticed that three of the girls sets are no longer downloadable and I read somewhere these girls had changed there minds about being on vg or istripper.. Are we left without the three women we paid for? Will they be replaced with other girls or are we just stuck being the looser on that go round? At the very least I'd like those empty grey squares out of the program..What can be done? thanks Undun

There are three models who have been removed from the system. If you still have the clips for their cards in your models folder you can still play those clips, There are also ways to restore the card images in the UI. If you no longer have the clip data, you can contact Totem customer service for a refund.

Before you contact customer service read the thread I mentioned. Once you get a refund from Totem you will not be able to play those cards.

If you don't have any backups of those cards and can no longer play them, contact customer service to request a refund for any of your cards that have been removed from the database. They'll make the empty grey squares vanish as well when they remove the cards from your collection.

Don't forget Camilla. Well if you didn't buy her cards then maybe you should forget her...

I messaged support about this very thing and hope for a response. I've had to re-download all the cards and noticed that 12 of them were now blank for the picture.

Does your collection include any of the cards that have been withdrawn by Totem because the model requested it ?

You can find out by using the "Release Date" filter on the "My Collection" page of the app. Click on the "All" tickbox to deselect everything and then on "Unknown". If this results in any cards being shown then they have been withdrawn and some of these are shown as blank cards (I assume that which ones show as blank and which with pictures depends on what the details agreement with the model when the card was withdrawn).

If you still have the clips then you can still play them, but you can't replace them if you have deleted them.
