The skin color of the models (mainly models of the US studio) are too yellow. If you compare the photos with the shows, it is clear that in the pictures the skin colors of models is much more natural. There are how to improve it?

@mentorx you are so very right and this has been the case for a while.

There is only one way I know of to deal with this and that is to make a shortcut to your video card's color controls or link a mouse button to those controls. Then get used to quickly adjusting those controls so as it becomes not much of a big thing to make adjustments. And of course you will have to do this before using fullscreen mode.

However, be aware that there is an internet wide tradition among video content creators and people who respond to such posts as yours, to blame the user's monitor's color calibration, which can't be proven either way in a help forum situation.

But Totem has given us an easy way to reasonable calibrate our monitors without Spiders and such via the Halloween skin.
Just adjust the color controls on your monitor itself so that the pumpkin that Nancy is holding looks close to an actual ripe pumpkin while her lipstick is a red with blue dominating, known as a blue red.
Doing that should make you safe from any accusations that your monitor is out of calibration from anyone at this forum.

I have my monitors calibrated to D65 an yes, this is a problem. It's not new, i see yellow tones even on older cards.

Some are more extreme than others but i am now at a point where i simple don't buy cards with such a ***** light setup. People who say they are fine usually use non calibrated monitors that are way to cold (blue) which corrects the yellow tint to a certain degree.

Seriously Totem, check your studio lights! it got worse over the years.

I'm on a calibrated monitor and that Uma scene with the green outfit is definitely too yellow. I hope Uma's other scenes are better! :)

Absolutely. 10000% total agreement with mentorx on what he/she says.
Look at the last Uma Jolie card (e0574) : the difference between the the color tones in the photoset, perfect and natural, and the card's clips, that look frankly orange, makes you totally sure the weird impression you got from the demo clips comes neither from the model's health nor the lighting conditions, but from the cards prod.. and utterly wonder what's going on with the capture settings (!)

Guys, we've had this discussion a few times before. You can go back and check the differences in colour of the Bonus photos and the clips, all the way back to the beginning.

Photos are ususally taken with flash photography. The clips are done with studio lighting which is normally much warmer in colour temperature.

Correcting a still image for colour temperature is FAR easier to do than a video clip.

The person who is editing the clips in post production may see colours slightly cooler than other people so may compensate towards the warmer end of the spectrum. There also could be a set point that the post production software uses to determine the average colour temperature of the clips.

THEN there is the issue with the blue-screen backgrounds. Changing a colour temperature can seriously degrade the image quality against these backgrounds. If one removes a shade of colour A, how will that affect colour B,C,D etc.,

From experience, I know that the first few cards from the Vegas studio were a little orangy. That was a studio problem with lighting and difficult to fix. Totem seem to have fixed most of these issues with the LA studio.

I guess we are always going to see human error with some cards and hopefully the Team can fix the errors. If not, I'm not going to lose any sleep over them. :)

Same thing with last e0576 card. Perfect photos ; orangeish and damn contrasted clips in the card. Too bad, to discover the girl this one single could have been nice..

@HombreSinSombre: Me neither (!). I can (and actually do) skip the cards. :)
