Something I notice crop up every now and then is a user needing to know what hardware works well with VirtuaGirl.
I have searched using 'topic titles and posts' and unless I used the wrong terms can't find an existing thread giving details of working configurations. So I thought I'd get the ball rolling. Please submit your own systems so that people can use the knowledge to see what exactly they can expect to work well (or not). Feel free to use either of mine as a template via copy and paste.

Home Built Desktop OS:Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit with Media Center Processor: Intel Pentium G840 @2.8GHz Mainboard: Asus P8H61M-LE/USB3 revision 3 GPU: PowerColor Radeon HD 6770 1GB PCI-E Graphics Driver Version: Catalyst 14.12 Installed DirectX* Version: 11.2 Supported DirectX* Version: 11.0 Shader Version: 5.0 OpenGL* Version: 4.1 Physical Memory: 8192MB WARNING - Intel Rapid Storage Technology version 12.9.0.1001 for the H61 Chipset is not compatible with the VirtuaGirl Downloader. It causes it to fail repeatedly. Suggested clip size: To fit external display over HDMI or DVI 1080p Standard Fullscreen Scenes (version: 1.2.0.84) - All work smoothly on 16:9 ratio (720p or 1080p compatible display). I've found a legacy 1280x1024 (5:4 ratio) screen not suitable for viewing the fullscreen scenes. So would assume the same applies to 1024x768 (4:3 ratio)
